Antique 1908-1925 Kingston Souvenir Postcards: Stillman Memorial, Clinton Hotel
These two hand tinted photograph litho postcards are from the Kingston Souvenir Company, which operated circa 1908 to 1925. Cards include The Governor Clinton Hotel, Kingston, New York, and SK-8, Storm King Highway, N.Y., Stillman Memorial Fountain on Hudson. They have a swastika mark (a logo that went out of use after World War II for obvious reasons). Cards measure 3 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Set of 30 circa 1900-1930 Jubb & Hughes Lithograph Postcards of New York
This set of 30 postcards are mostly William Jubb Company of Syracuse, N.Y. with a couple W. Hughes thrown in. Cards are 3.5" x 5.5". 1934 Century of Progress World Fair Boeing Monoplane
This antique postcard has a 1 cent Ben Franklin stamp on it and a 1934 postmark. Back reads, "Mailed from the Dome of the Tracvel and Transport Building; A century of progress, Chicago" and has a description of the United Airlines Boeing monoplane which travels "more than 3 miles a minute!" Has a short note from someone named "Vasalut Castica" to an "A.M. Shuhany."
This is a collection of 31 unmailed, vintage hand colored photograph postcards of places in Pennsylvania. Some of the publishers include J.F. Kirkton, I. Robbins & Son, Leo Meyer, Boyle's Book Store, Somerset Book Store, Ace Hoffman, and Lynn H. Boyer, Jr. Locations include the Gallery of Vertebrate Paleontology, Island Park beach, Leigh Bridge, birthplace of old glory, Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, and various other historic and scenic views.
Here is a collection of 21 vintage postcards of New Hampshire. Nearly all of them are images of Portsmouth, N.H. and specifically of buildings. Four of them have been mailed, the rest are blank. The four mailed cards are "Strawberry Bank" postmarked 1913, "Old Church, Star Island" postmarked 1912, "Thomas Bailey Aldrich House" 1918, and ""Peace Treaty Building, Navy Yard" postmarked 1919.
This is a group of sixteen christmas postcards. Thirteen of them are embossed, three are not. All sixteen have been written on, and fourteen have been mailed, all with one cent stamps. Two have Canadian postage and twelve have U.S. Postage. The postmark dates range from 1908 to 1913. They were all the property of a Mr. and/or Mrs. B.J. French.
I will reference the cards by their position in the group photograph, #1 thru 16 starting left to right, top to bottom. Five of the cards have no makers mark; #1, 3, 4, 8 and 16. Three are by "Raphael Tuck & Sons / Art Publishers to Their Majesties the King and Queen," they are # 6, 9, and 10. Three are by "P. Sander," #2, 13, and 14. #12 has a logo with a W and is "Made in Germany." #11 has a "G Trade Mark" and "Made in Germany." "The A.M. Davis Co. Quality Cards" made #7. #15 is marked "The International Art Publishers Co. New York." #5 is Copyrighted 1989 Julius Bien & Co. NY."

It was mailed in 1912 to Jamaica Plain, Massaschusetts and has a one cent stamp. The next is a hand colored print by Frank W. Kingsley. It says "Summer Camp / Mass. Institute of Technology, / Gardners Lake, Maine." It was mailed in 1914 to Jamaica Plain, Mass and has a one cent stamp. Another is of a home on Old Orchard Beach. It says "OLD ORCHARD BEACH, ME RESIDENCE OF THOMAS GOODALL." This was mailed from Old Orchard to Jamaica Plain, Boston, Massachusetts with a one cent stamp. The fourth postcard is unmailed, and is of the Young Women's Association Buildings in Portland, Maine. There are five images of locations on the front of the card, all identified with text.

This set of postcards portrays various steamboats. A fine set for anyone interested in Steamer memorabilia. Some of them have been stamped and mailed with dates including 1939 and 1952, placing the cards and boats in that era. Includes the ship, "Ransom B. Fuller," "Maquoit," "Argo," "City of Rockland," "Sabino," "Southport," "Vermont," and "Vinalhaven." Locations include Maine's Peaks Island, Burlington Vermont, Maine's Moose Island, Maine's Rockland and Maine's Boothbay Harbor.

Set of 12 US Military Photo Postcards from South Worthington, Massachusetts
These 12 postcards are black and white photos with various military scenes depicted. One of them is labeled "Russell H. Conwel Birth Place 'The Eagle's Nest' South Worthington, Mass." Another two are labeled "Organization Day 7th J.Q. 10-21-35," dating them at around 1935. Glossy fronts.
These 8 postcards are all in German and depict ships and a maritime main street in Stuttgart. Circa 1929 judging from the mark on the six attached cards, "Die Wesserfahrt der "Bremen" am 24, Juni 1929." The one of Stuttgart has some writing on the back that I can't decipher.

These 9 postcards all feature scenes of the Northeastern United States and Canada in lithograph or sepia photo. Two are marked 1909 and 1910. Some have 1 cent Canadian stamps. A couple have correspondence from one "Miss Ida Flatt" on them. Listed printers include Valentine & Sons and Warwick Bro's & Rutter.
