Lot of 15 Early Black and White Photographs

This is a lot of 15 black and white photos of old homes, estates, school buildings, and churches. Some have pen or graphite writing on them. From left to right, top to bottom of the group image of them, they say; 1-"Cong. Church" 2- "BIG Elm" 3- "BIG Elm 4- "St. Joseph Church" 5- "Church Quincy" 6-blank 7- "Ames Memorial, So. Easton" 8-blank 9-"Adams School Quincy" 10-"The Standish House, Duxbury, Massachusetts" 11- "Holbrook Sq. / So. Franklin" 12-"Spear Estate / So. Franklin St." 13-"Graddock House Medford" 14-"Cor Adams- So. Franklin" 15-blank, but the sign on the building says "Garfield School 1881" I am unsure of how old they are. Each of the photos is well affixed to a slightly larger piece of paperboard, almost like a boxboard material. Most of the paperboard has some staining. They are all very aged, and are very faded, yellowed and are curling in, as you can see from the images.
